Connections from VPNs and proxies are no longer allowed. If your ISP is reporting as such, you should contact your ISP and let them know.
If you are a player who has had a good reputation in the past, we can consider putting you on the VPN connection whitelist.
Under no other circumstances will a VPN whitelist request be allowed.
